Dr. Detlev Böttcher is a graduate economist and has been working for more than 40 years in different functions for international development cooperation in Germany and abroad.
From 2010 until his retirement in 2014 he was in charge of the integrity consulting services of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and contact person for internal and external whistleblowers.
Since 2017 he has supported the work of Whistleblower-Netzwerk with his experience.
